This semi-custom-built garage spaces facility is designed to make the best possible experience for members and their guests providing the optimal conditions to house your prized investment! Designed as “The Ultimate Man Cave”, luxurious garage
spaces will be available for car storage. 4Speed on 50 is a secure, fully climate-controlled facility with plumbing, fiber-optics WIFI, storage, restroom facilities, wash areas, and customizable loft spaces.

Standard Size- 25×50 (1,250 sq ft) with 20 foot ceilings, 16×10 garage doors, one 36 wide man door.

Option A:  includes finished restroom and second level mezzanine providing a loft space 15×25 (375 sq ft) which can accommodate a wet bar, TV sitting area, office space and/or gaming area with window view looking south towards the Ohio river over historic route 50.
